Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make these refunds using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You cannot return products to us and request a refund if the products in question have been personalized.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers who purchase for purposes related to their business activity (e.g., instrumental use, resale, etc.) and who therefore communicate their VAT number to the Supplier.

The funds will be refunded as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made via bank transfer, Postepay, and PayPal.
