Shipping prices are:
- €7 for orders under €99
- For orders over €99 shipping costs are free* (IN ITALY ONLY)
Shipping costs for remote areas
- Elba, Ponza, Sardinia, Lampedusa, Piombino, Aeolian Islands, Ustica €9.90 (for any order amount up to €99).
- Capri €15.00 (for any order amount up to €99).
They remain free for orders over €99
Shipments are made via GLS Executive express courier
The cost of cash on delivery is increased by €4 for courier fees and applies to orders up to €100 placed within Italy.
To avoid delivery problems, please enter an address where you can be reached between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (the courier's delivery time).
For international shipments, the calculation is automatic based on the destination.
International shipping costs:
- International shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, United Kingdom €20
- Switzerland cost €35
Delivery times are 10-14 business days from confirmation of payment, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. However, we will do everything in our power to meet these deadlines. We source directly from Isacco Srl's warehouses, which generally always have products ready. In the event of shortages or delays, you will be promptly notified, and if you decide to cancel your order, any payments already made will be processed without further delay.
